This book deals with some very confronting issues and scenes which the main character, Auggie, faces on a daily basis. Are there any scenes in the book that stood out for you?
I thought the scene were Aggies parents said he should go to school stood out because had never been to school before so it would of been hard for him.
I agree with Charlotte it was sad he had to go to school thinking he look like a monster and that every time he walk past more bad comments about he seft and it bring he hope and courage down
I can understand why you would think this. I wonder how you would have felt if the principal had chosen you to take him around the school and show him around? What would you do and what would you think?

ReplyDeleteNice and not be rude about his appearance and I would introduce him to my friends.
ReplyDeleteIf I had to tour auggie around the school I would be as kind as I could and I would try to not stare at him or make any type of weird face.
